The customer needed a support structure that would allow them to install the payloads used within their systems. The structure, in addition to the support function, should have guaranteed the interface with a mounter able to rotate the payloads. The payloads, in addition to this interchangeable, required special interfaces with the primary structure.
The developed product is a light and at the same time robust enclosure, capable of supporting the static and dynamic loads to which it is subjected. The equipment is supported through secondary structures, designed for quick, safe and efficient assembly and interchange. From design to prototyping, from verification of compliance with requirements up to delivery to the customer, the project was followed and developed in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 regulatory scheme through quality checks on a regular basis.

History of the project - the challenge
The customer needed to develop a system that, properly integrated, could be installed to perform the function of an optical bollard, ensuring maximum functionality.
The product was developed taking into consideration all the power supply circuits and the various components proposed by the customer, housed within the primary structure, through appropriate structural and functional interfaces, without neglecting the design. The result is a sinuous and efficient bollard.
